Site Information ...

This site utilizes frames, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), high quality graphics and JavaScript. I use HotDog Professional version 6.0 and UNIX vi to do the mark-up. The background and buttons are done using a combination of Adobe Photoshop and Jasc Paint Shop Pro.

All of the site design work is done on an Acer H243H 24" LCD connected to an IBM ThinkPad T61p series laptop. Monitor profiling and calibration is done using the datacolor Spyder3 Elite (Gamma 2.2 WP 6500K). Scanning is done using an HP ScanJet 2P connected to a home-built AMD Athlon 1100Mhz PC sporting a Philips 19" monitor, STB Voodoo3 video card w/16MB, 256MB of memory, a CD-ROM and CD-RW and a 30GB hard drive.

With the exception of contributed photos, all photographs were taken with a Minolta Maxxum 7D and Sony DSC-D770 digital camera and a Nikon film camera. All photographs are edited and converted for Web viewing using Adobe Photoshop CS2 with various plug-ins.
